The 2002 Toy Run to The Children’s Hospital
The 17th Annual Rocky Mountain Harley Owners Group Toy Run to The Children's Hospital was a huge success. On a cold, overcast day in December, thousands of area motorcyclists and supporters showed up to bring tens of thousands of toys to the sick and injured children at The Children's Hospital. Almost 3000 motorcycles were registered to ride that day, and over a thousand more slipped in without registering or joined the ride along the way. Traffic along major Denver roadways was at a virtual standstill for two hours as the 12 mile-long procession wound its way toward The Children's Hospital.
Below are a number of video clips and pictures that were taken during the Toy Run. The video clips are rather large (meaning that it may take a while for them to load if you do not have a broadband connection) and they require Windows Media Player to be viewed.
